Money Back Assurance Policy
Before the dispatch/delivery of the product.
For goods available in stocks , If your order is not dispatched within 10 business days after the promised shipping date, Money-back Assurance guarantees refund of the money you have paid for the product and gives you full flexibility to cancel your order till the time product is dispatched – No questions asked.
What does Money-back Assurance cover?
- You have paid for the product but didn't receive it.
- You have received a damaged/defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order.
- You have received a product with which you're not satisfied because of quality , manufacturing defect etc.

How do you receive your refund through Money-back Assurance?
Money-back Assurance assures refund of payment through bank transfer by M/s DYAUSMED Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. . The Mode of payment may vary depending on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order.

* products refers to all products sold on our website www.divineleaves.in . The refund is subject to refund policy specified on specific products as mentioned on the web portal www.divineleaves.in. Only those products shall be processed for refund which are received undamaged as per return policy.
Exchange Conditions
Exchange/Alternate Product Conditions:
In case you are not fully satisfied about the quality or performance of a product, Divine Leaves ( DYAUSMED Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.) will gladly help in the exchange of the product for another size, subject to fulfilment of following conditions:-
- Product(s) need to be unused, unaltered, unsoiled, original condition with their original tags including but not limited product bar code, price tag etc; and packaging intact. Also the request should be logged within 7 days of receipt of the goods. After 7 days no request shall be accepted.
Exchange/Alternate Product is not given for the following:
- In the interests of hygiene, Divine Leaves ( DYAUSMED Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.) may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been used or soiled
- Products that are sold as sets/combos cannot be exchanged as individual items
- In case the size requested is out of stock, Money-back Assurance will issue Divine Leaves ( DYAUSMED Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.) cash of the same amount, using which you can order any other product from Divine Leaves ( DYAUSMED Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.) .
- Please note that cancellation of a product is subject to approval by Divine Leaves ( DYAUSMED Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.) .
- For return/replacement of goods it shall be responsibility to send/Courier the products to M/s DYAUSMED Healthcare Pvt. Ltd, on “To Pay” Basis ( The freight charges shall be borne by M/s DYAUSMED Healthcare Pvt. Ltd) . ON receipt and inspection of goods the refund/replacement shall be decided as per condition of received goods. Refund /Replacement shall be done with in 15 days from the day of receiving of the defective.
- Warranty on applicable products shall be as per norm of Divine Leaves ( DYAUSMED Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.) .
