- Warm water to boiling temp. (90 to 100 degrees)
- Add 1 or 1/2 teaspoon of Relaxing Night Herbal Tea to warm water in the pan or use herbal infusion pots.
- Dipping Instruction: Leave the Relaxing Night Herbal Tea, steep for 10 to 15 minutes
- Strain the relaxing night chamomile tea as needed
Herbal Tea Cooler Recipe:
- Warm water to boiling temp. (90 to 100 degrees)
